Vignetic Supports SERV Foundation at the Annual SERV Tennis Tournament & Reception

Kisha Rose, SERV Family Board member, AmeriHealth Provider Relations Representative and wife of Vignetic co-founder Michael Rose, was the keynote speaker at the 30th Annual Volley for SERV Tennis Tournament & Reception held on June 16th, 2022.

The event, which began in 1990, draws tennis players from New Jersey and Pennsylvania for a full day of competitions and was followed by an exquisite evening reception with fine food, live jazz, a silent auction, Super Cash 50/50 raffle and an awards ceremony. Vignetic was proud to be a silver level supporter of the event.

SERV is a New Jersey-based award-winning, not-for-profit behavioral healthcare organization. The organization focuses on compassionate care, personal empowerment, and recovery services for children, youth, and adults living with chronic mental illness, substance use disorder, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.

An ardent supporter of SERV, Rose has been on the SERV Family board for three years, which supports the initiatives of the SERV community from the family perspective.  During her address, she shared her personal experience with SERV where her brother, Kevin, has been in-residence for eight years, as well as the impact SERV has had on the community.

“SERV has been a game changer in my brother’s care and personal growth. It has strengthened him as an individual and provided him with autonomy, self-determination, and confidence,” Rose said. “While the journey is different for those that SERV serves, it doesn’t mean that life can’t be empowering and fulfilling. It’s time to change the narrative about behavioral health.”

She credits her late mother, Norma Baynes, for inspiring her dedication to SERV and programs that address behavioral health and wellness needs as she was a woman of faith and family.

Proceeds from Volley for SERV and donations made to the organization benefit the SERV Foundation and SERV Behavioral Health System’s programs. Click the link to learn more and donate to SERV.
