Managing Director
Michael is a principal of Vignetic, co-founded in 1999. He has more than 20 years’ experience in business management consulting.
Throughout his career, he’s worked closely with Fortune 1000 companies offering critical business strategy advice on meeting future talent and growth demands. Under Michael’s leadership Vignetic has successfully executed staffing, managed services, and consulting projects for industry leaders such as Hess Corporation, BD and Johnson & Johnson.
Vignetic’s clients represent a diverse set of industries including automotive, life science and medical devices, professional services, insurance, healthcare and education.
A graduate of Rutgers University-New Brunswick, Michael has cultivated working relationships with colleges and universities across the nation in the development of innovative diversity workforce solutions and received the NAACP Entrepreneur Award in 2005.
He is heavily involved in the New Brunswick, NJ community, serving as a board member of the New Brunswick City Markets and Jersey City Plaza West Condominium. He also served as a Franklin Township Trails Advisory Committee Member, Executive Committee Member of the NAACP New Brunswick Area Branch and Director of National Educational Network, Inc.
Michael lives in Somerset County, NJ with his wife and two daughters.

Randy is a principal of Vignetic, co-founded in 1999. He has more than 20 years’ experience in staffing, consulting and managed services. He leads Vignetic’s global information technology consulting team, as well as the federal, state and local government practice.
Randy specializes in cybersecurity, cybercrime, risk mitigation, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), fraud protection, data analytics, trade compliance and regulatory reporting. He also heads up our corporate social responsibility efforts aimed at growing social equity in all the places we do business.
Randy’s industry expertise include property and casualty (P&C) insurance, financial services, healthcare, federal, state, and local government, non-profit and automotive.
A graduate of Temple University, he also received a Master of Public and International Affairs degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
Randy is dedicated to the local community and is active in multiple organizations that support his interest in nature and the environment. He serves as Chair of the New Jersey Audubon Society Board of Directors, sits on the Franklin Township Open Space Committee and is a member of the Somerset County Open Space Committee.
